About the Role: We're looking for a detail-oriented and creative

Jr.

Graphic Designer

to develop and deliver compelling visual assets that elevate our brand across digital and print platforms. From marketing campaigns to event collateral, you'll create engaging, on-brand designs that inspire, inform, and connect with our audience. The ideal candidate is a strong visual communicator with a keen eye for design, typography, and layout, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

Design & Creative Execution:

Take direction from the Art Director and execute design requests in alignment with brand identity Create and design visually compelling marketing collateral, ads, web banners, social media graphics, flyers, brochures, workbooks, and event materials Ensure all designs are consistent with brand standards and visual guidelines Review and proof marketing materials for accuracy, layout, and overall quality Collaboration & Campaign Support:

Work closely with marketing teams to bring concepts to life across multiple platforms Support event and promotional campaigns with high-quality creative assets Mentor junior staff where applicable, providing design feedback and guidance Quality & Timeliness:

Deliver high-quality assets on schedule, managing multiple projects at once Apply feedback effectively and adapt designs to meet evolving needs Ensure all artwork is prepared and submitted to meet deadlines Innovation & Industry Awareness:

Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices Incorporate modern creative approaches across print and digital mediums Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in design and brand expression Who You Are:

A creative visual storyteller with strong skills in typography, layout, composition, and color theory Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design applications Experienced in producing materials across a variety of formats, including print, digital, and social Strong communicator with the ability to present ideas visually and verbally Organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities Collaborative, receptive to feedback, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Able to work independently with consultative direction from leadership Requirements:

Junior Graphic Designer: 1-3 years of experience; associate's degree, certification, or apprenticeship in graphic design (or related field) Graphic Designer: Moderate experience with the ability to work independently; may mentor junior staff Senior Graphic Designer: Advanced, specialized experience; serves as a subject matter expert within the function and mentors junior team members Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools Experience working on marketing teams or with cross-functional teams a plus Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment Why Join Us?
