Customer Service Representative Job Details:

Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm (overtime during the holiday season) Pay Rate: $16-$18/hr (dependent upon experience level) Customer Service Representative Job Description:

Resolve customer complaints and inquiries via phone, email, mail, or social media. Process orders, refunds, exchanges, and payment information accurately. Provide product support, warranty details, and company information to customers. Utilize computer systems to manage high call volumes and update customer records. Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction. Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:

2-5 years of customer service within an office setting 18 years or older High school diploma or equivalent
