Akkodis is seeking a

Functional QA Analyst

for a

Contract

job with a client in

New York, SC . The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Varicent's Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) software. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability and functionality of Varicent systems through rigorous testing and collaboration.

Rate Range:

$49.24/hour to $64.39/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Functional QA Analyst job responsibilities include:

Design and execute test plans for Varicent ICM software. Validate compensation plans, calculations, and data integrations. Identify, document, and track defects. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality standards. Participate in release planning and contribute to QA process improvements. Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Experience in functional QA testing with Varicent. Strong understanding of incentive compensation systems. Pay Details:

$49.24 to $64.39 per hour
