Position Summary
We are seeking a
skilled Prep Cook
to join our award-winning team. You'll be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients, supporting our culinary team, and ensuring that every dish meets Arancino's high standards of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities Wash, chop, measure, and prepare ingredients according to recipes Assist chefs in assembling menu items and daily specials Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary prep area Properly store and label food items to ensure freshness Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times Support kitchen team during busy service periods Qualifications
Previous kitchen or prep cook experience preferred Strong knife skills and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive, professional attitude AM/PM availability preferred Compensation & Benefits
