We are looking for an energetic person to join our P&C Insurance team. The Property Casualty (P&C) Client Service Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients by managing their property and casualty insurance needs. This role involves supporting team members, responding to client inquiries, processing policy changes, and ensuring timely, accurate documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing routine inquiries and requests. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams. Educate clients on policy coverage, exclusions, and claims processes.
Client Relationship Management:
Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and cancellations accurately and promptly. Review and verify policy documents for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with insurance carriers to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely issuance of documents.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain organized and up-to-date client files in accordance with company and regulatory standards. Ensure all documentation is compliant with industry regulations and company policies.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members to deliver seamless client service. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
