We are seeking a
Senior Solution Engineer
to develop and deploy full-stack AI-driven web applications on the C3 AI Platform. You will work directly with customers to design, develop, and deploy applications, demos, and proofs-of-technology. The ideal candidate will have strategic and analytical skills, software development expertise, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy full-stack, AI-based enterprise applications on the C3 AI Platform.
Engage with customer executives and domain experts to create application demos.
Lead a development team and manage project deliverables.
Mentor junior team members on coding standards and design techniques.
Conduct design and development reviews of customer software applications.
Test, troubleshoot, and improve customer software applications.
Identify performance bottlenecks and suggest optimizations.
Support sales discussions by explaining architecture and platform interoperability.
Lead technical deep-dives, demonstrations, and customer training sessions.
Write application specifications and documentation.
Scope new applications and estimate effort levels.
Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with product management and engineering to improve software quality.
Drive company-wide improvement initiatives impacting customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field.
5+ years of professional software development experience with object-oriented programming languages.
Experience leading engineering teams.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate degree in STEM or related field.
Experience deploying enterprise-scale applications.
Customer-facing experience.
Proficiency in JavaScript and Python.
Experience with Git and JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
Experience deploying to cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and machine learning.
Domain expertise in industries such as Healthcare, Finance, or Manufacturing.
