Job Description

We Are Currently Hiring a Brewing Operator - Breinigsville, PA

This position is responsible for monitoring and carrying out brew house, fermenting, filtration, blending processes, and operations. Candidates must be self-starters willing to accept "operational responsibility" and work any shift, including weekends.

What You'll Brew Monitor and directly manage:

Brew House Fermenting Filtration Blending processes and operations

Record and troubleshoot process data (temperature, flow, etc.) Communicate effectively across teams Supply lines with material or product Perform cleaning, sanitation, and foaming duties Accurately enter inventory records in ERP system at point of use Troubleshoot and escalate inventory discrepancies Sanitize equipment using:

Foaming equipment Hoses, brooms, shovels, brushes, scrapers, squeegees Chemicals

Unload materials from:

Rail cars Trucks Totes, drums, pallets

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Operate forklifts safely and effectively Perform quality checks, testing, and complete paperwork Conduct equipment and product changeovers using tools Assist other operators and departments with:

Training Repair work Equipment operation

Perform work and cleaning in confined space areas Support overtime needs, including:

12-hour shifts Nights, weekends, holidays

Working Conditions

Tolerate summer/winter temperature conditions and hot/cold room environments Work in a complex, equipment-dense environment requiring high situational awareness Work overtime as needed (12-hour days, weekends, holidays) Clean and work in confined areas such as tanks and vessels What Ingredients You'll Bring

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and systems Experience with participative leadership and time management Proven success in a collaborative team environment Highly effective multi-tasker with a "get-it-done" attitude Proficient in MS Outlook and able to learn brewery operation systems Availability to support 8 or 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements

Pass a pre-employment physical exam May require respirator use and fit test Regular walking/standing for up to 11 hours on various surfaces Climb stairs, work from heights or elevated platforms Wear assigned PPE (safety shoes, gloves, facemask, hearing protection, hard hat) Lift at least 60 lbs Forklift operators may need to sit for prolonged periods and have strong peripheral vision and depth perception Compensation

Level:

9 In accordance with pay transparency laws the pay rate for this role if hired is $22.40 per hour. Some Perks
