This is a Per Diem Position that requires working at least 2 shifts per month on either a Saturday or a Sunday. For the initial orientation and training period, intermittent weekday availability is required. There is an opportunity to work at either the

Our medical staff consists of psychiatrists who average 20 years of practice at our facility, providing a solid and trusted foundation for our patient-focused approach to behavioral healthcare. The Expressive Art Therapist
is an important member of the Arbour Hospital's inpatient multidisciplinary treatment team. The Group Therapist provides expressive arts therapy, psychoeducational groups, and recreational activities on Arbour Hospital's inpatient psychiatric units. Responsibilities Facilitate & document groups, on an as needed basis during the weekends Maintain accurate and timely documentation Qualifications Requirements Master’s Degree in social work, mental health counseling, or in a related field required 6 months experience as a group leader in a psychiatric hospital, partial hospitalization or intensive outpatient treatment program preferred EEO Statement All UHS subsidiaries are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
