Youll engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, contributing to team collaboration, quality assurance, and innovation in technology practices. Required Skills: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with consistent delivery of reliable and scalable solutions. Proficiency in one or more widely-used programming languages. Strong grasp of software architecture principles and common design patterns. Familiarity with source control systems and iterative development methodologies. Understanding of database technologies and data access frameworks. Effective communicator with excellent collaboration and problem-solving capabilities. Adaptability in a fast-changing environment and an eagerness to explore new tools and methods. Desired Skills: Prior experience mentoring junior team members or contributing to a team-oriented learning environment. Exposure to system reliability improvements and root-cause troubleshooting. Involvement in quality assurance efforts or code quality initiatives.
