Lead Salesforce Cloud Developer YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Work across agile teams. Work may be cross-cutting across products, agile teams, and technologies. Leverage agile methodologies focus on CI/CD Focus on the customer experience, regulatory expectations and mandates, the build and delivery processes, and the problems to be solved. Have a deep understanding of the business and technical requirements for the built solutions. Analyses company processes, designs Salesforce CRM workflows, and provides custom solutions for specific business requirements Delivers modern, testable, and maintainable codes Initiate and support performance evaluation of team members Provide technical leadership by facilitating solution/design/architectural discussions. Facilitate and oversee code review sessions to ensure that design and configuration are consistent across the applications and standards. Provide expertise in capacity management, level-of-effort estimation, task tracking, and assignment. Finds and addresses performance issues Contributes to team planning, tracking and work visualization Contributes to testing and code reviews Implements the overall system design Exhibits awareness of user experience standards Holds responsibility for demonstrating appropriate, clear, concise, and effective written and oral communications in all interactions to build relationships and accomplish day-to-day work and projects Optimizes performance of existing implementations Effectively communicate to both technical and non-technical sides of the business in a clear and concise manner Work with cross-functional scrum teams to deliver projects in iterative release cycles. Identify, anticipate, assess, track, and mitigate issues, risks, roadblocks, and escalations. Create, maintain, and communicate project status and metrics to stakeholders. YOUR PROFILE

Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in a technical discipline (preferably computer science) or equivalent experience. Salesforce Certifications (PD-I, PD-II, Application Architect / System Architect) 5-7 years of program management experience and leading large software delivery 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, Experience Cloud) Deep understanding of Integration and BI Tools such as MuleSoft, Tableau, and Salesforce CRM Analytics. Experienced data architecture within the Salesforce Platform. Skills/Qualifications: Hands-on administrative and development experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit (Apex Classes, AURA, and lightning web components, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services, etc.) Knowledge of Force.com development best practices and design patterns Experience integrating Salesforce with multiple data sources Solid experience in SDLC Experience in Salesforce Cloud platforms (Sales, Service, Marketing, App Exchange Products) Technical experience in Salesforce. Proficiency with version control systems (like Git, SVN or similar) Ability to interact with senior leaders and adapt style as needed for technical or non-technical audiences Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Data-driven and results-oriented Experience delivering with an agile methodology, including through SAFe-managed teams Organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in an environment Ability to lead, motivate and focus a collaboration to reach challenging goals Interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team Demonstrated experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly, and effectively influence cross-functional teams Any experience in MuleSoft will be good but not desired Able to translate business needs into sustainable digital solutions.
