Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00 PM

Pay Range: $25hr

Location: Walnut Creek, CA

Administrative Assistant Job Duties and Requirements:

  • Schedule appointments & provide information to callers.
  • Compose memos, transcribe notes, and create presentations.
  • Generate reports and manage multiple projects.
  • Prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports.
  • Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines

Compensation/Pay Rate (Up to): $22.00 - $26.00
