The ideal candidate:

• Has a proven track record of working in construction and/or transportation
• Thrives in a fast-paced and a team-oriented environment
• Gets excited about construction projects as well as completing assignments on time
• Is self-oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable
• Is comfortable working within a team environment at the project site

Key responsibilities/skills:

• Prepare and manage procure to pay process
• Administration of payment procedures
• Administration of back-charges and resolution of claims
• Interface with Project Controls and Project Leadership on changes and progress regarding Seller and Subcontractor management
• Oversee sub-contractors
• Track material costs and quantities entering project sites
• Create reports based on monthly material costs and inventory
• Other duties as assigned
