Job Description

• Supervise daily field operations on hotel, apartment, and university builds
• Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, safety, and quality control
• Ensure work is progressing according to schedule, drawings, and specifications
• Resolve on-site issues quickly while maintaining strong communication with PMs and clients
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain compliance with safety and code regulations
• Report project progress and provide input on scheduling, manpower, and logistics
