Job Title: Special Education Teacher – Elementary School (Self-Contained)

This is a contract role is for a middle school K-5th grade self-contained classroom. Position Highlights:
Full-time school-based role
K-5th grade self-contained caseload
Monday through Friday schedule
Onsite position with a supportive district team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education (required)
Active Minnesota teaching license in Special Education or ability to obtain (required)
Experience working in elementary or middle school settings preferred
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided)

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and document student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
Participate in IEP meetings, team planning sessions, and parent communications
Collaborate with related service providers, classroom staff, and families
