workforce strategy

, your work will help ensure intentional allocation of the
right labor models, partners, and geographies
to meet customer needs. You'll develop data-driven strategies and build predictive models to optimize

Data Science Expertise
: Proven hands-on experience in data science, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision-making methodologies.
Strategic Thinker
: Ability to identify opportunities, design solutions, and connect complex systems to address both short-term and long-term workforce challenges.
Innovative Problem Solver
: Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building scalable solutions from scratch in dynamic environments.
Industry Knowledge
: Advanced understanding of labor market trends, global workforce dynamics, and workforce optimization strategies.
Technical Skills
: Proficiency in analytics tools such as Python, SQL, R, Tableau, or similar platforms for data analysis and visualization.
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
Experience
: 7+ years in data science, workforce planning, or operational strategy, preferably within call center or service environments.
How you will lead
Develop and execute the
Expert Network topology strategy
, including
site selection
, workforce sourcing, labor allocation, and partner selection.
Analyze
global labor markets
to identify the best geographic locations for future investments and workforce optimization.
Conduct
cost-benefit analyses
, operational performance assessments, and workforce modeling to ensure scalable and efficient operations.
Partner with
cross-functional teams
to design a workforce strategy that balances
cost, flexibility, customer experience
, and productivity.
Evaluate the performance of various
labor models
(e.g., onshore, offshore, nearshore) and align them with organizational objectives.
Build
predictive models
and apply advanced analytics to enable intelligence-driven decisions for long-term workforce planning.
Develop data-driven frameworks to guide footprint planning for agility, resilience, and scalability.
Clearly communicate insights and recommendations using
narrative storytelling

data visualizations
