Description
Responsibilities: • Reads and interprets equipment manuals, blueprints and work orders to perform required maintenance & service. • Diagnoses problems, replaces or repairs parts, tests and makes adjustments. • Performs regular preventive maintenance on machines and other equipment within the facility. • Uses a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment. • Performs preventive maintenance functions as directed. • Assists maintenance and other manufacturing personnel with technical troubleshooting. • Adheres to, complies with and assists with the enforcement of Company safety policies and procedures • Performs all other duties and projects as assigned
Schedule: • Training is Tuesday-Saturday 8am-4pm • 12 hour shifts after training. 7-7 - must be available for day or night shifts
Pay Rate: • $21
Requirements: • A minimum of 1-2years of related experience in the mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic fields is required and the ability to demonstrate high proficiency in these areas. • Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced, high demand-manufacturing environment. • Must be able to work well with all levels of personnel, whether individually or in a team environment. • Experience in operating standard & electric pallet jacks, standard fork lift trucks and stand-up forklift trucks. • Requires the ability to perform basic arithmetic functions consistently and accurately. • Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision. • Must be flexible with work hours. • Manual Mills, Lathes and welding experience a plus.
