Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - SNF Contract
Medadventures is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a contract position at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). If youre passionate about improving communication and swallowing functions for geriatric patients, we want to hear from you!
** Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to support patient rehabilitation goals. Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
** Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Valid State SLP license. ASHA CCC-SLP certification. SNF experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and organizational skills.
