Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled

Maintenance Technician

to join our second shift manufacturing team. In this critical role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our production facility by performing essential maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on all machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem-solver with a strong background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, who is committed to safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Perform Preventative **

Execute scheduled preventative maintenance (PMs) on production equipment to prevent failures and minimize downtime. Troubleshoot and *

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on a wide range of manufacturing equipment. Respond to *

Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls to troubleshoot and restore equipment operation quickly and safely. Install and Upgrade *

Assist with the installation of new machinery and equipment, including performing start-up checks and making necessary adjustments. Maintain *

Accurately document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Ensure *

Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and contribute to a culture of safety. *

Work closely with production managers and operators to understand equipment needs and proactively address potential issues. Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proven experience with preventative maintenance programs.

Technical **

Strong proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) is a strong plus. Knowledge of industrial safety procedures, including LOTO, confined spaces, and working at heights.

Physical Demands

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods. Ability to lift and move heavy equipment or parts (up to 50 lbs) safely. Capable of working in a manufacturing environment that may be noisy, hot, or cold.
