With a commitment to quality and reliability, we support critical vehicle operations nationwide. The Account Manager will serve as a key point of contact for customers, managing relationships, providing product support, and driving sales growth. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various industries, including EMS, fire, utility, and military.salary: $23 - $25 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts while identifying and developing new customer relationships. Serve as a primary liaison between customers and internal departments (engineering, production, customer service). Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Kussmaul products and solutions. Develop proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to customer requirements. Conduct regular outreach via phone, email, or in-person visits (as needed) to maintain engagement and trust. Track sales activity, forecast future sales, and report key metrics to management. Attend industry trade shows and represent the company professionally.
