Csr Logistics/Transportation
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working CSR Logistics/Transportation representative for a company based in Channelview, TX. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for working in both office and warehouse environments assisting in the management of dispatch, receiving incoming calls, creating a positive experience for customers and drivers, completing, and submitting daily status reports. Pay Rate: $18 - $20/hr. [DOE] Schedule and Hours: 8:00 am 5:00 pm Monday-Friday Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule driver loads to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries. Communicate daily with drivers, customers, and warehouse staff to monitor progress and resolve issues. Prepare, request, and process paperwork to ensure accurate and timely billing. Enter shipment details into the transportation management system (TMS) and maintain accurate data records. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and logistics updates. Monitor deliveries, track loads, and provide status updates to customers and internal teams. Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced port/transportation environment while maintaining strong customer service. Support dispatch and logistics operations to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requirements and Qualifications
Previous experience in logistics, transportation dispatch, or scheduling required. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to interact effectively with drivers and customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation management or dispatch systems. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task under pressure. Team player with problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction. Job Type: Full time temporary to hire.
