Power Bi Developer
We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to support our operational reporting needs. This role will focus on building new dashboards and enhancing existing ones to provide actionable insights into our ticketing workflows and team performance. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with common data sources and translating raw data into meaningful visualizations. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. Enhance existing dashboards to improve usability, performance, and data accuracy. Connect to and integrate data from common sources such as Jira and ServiceNow. Create visualizations that track operational metrics, including ticket burn-down rates and work type trends. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver insights that support decision-making. Ensure data models are optimized for performance and scalability. Skills and Requirements: Proven experience with Power BI development and dashboard design. Strong understanding of data modeling, DAX, and Power Query. Familiarity with Jira and ServiceNow data structures and APIs. Ability to interpret operational metrics and translate them into visual insights. Experience working with performance metrics and ticketing systems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience in Agile environments or IT operations. Knowledge of other BI tools or data visualization platforms. Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
