Sr. Graphic Designer

to join our team! In this role you will create, lead, collaborate and oversee high impact designs across all communication platforms intended to engage, attract and grow business within established brand guidelines. To be accomplished by leading Graphic Designers and collaborating with Content Specialist, Category Buyers and Buyers Assistants to deliver outstanding creative digital and print content in a deadline-driven environment.

What You'll Do:

Concept, design and production of a variety of creative projects, including, but not limited to, catalogs, sell sheets, eblasts, advertisements, brochures, direct mail, corporate identity, packaging, presentations, imagery and branding for websites, social posts, promotional displays and signage. Designs integrate typography, photography, illustration and other elements. Develop, maintain, lead and collaborate on the organization's visual identity and branding guidelines for print and digital platforms with a strong sense of concept development and understanding of cohesive application across all communication platforms. Process images for print and digital use to existing specifications, meet deadline dates as defined and work on other projects or assignments as directed by Creative Leadership. Study the creative and digital marketplace, assessing where Notions Marketing's work stands against latest trends and competitors creative and digital work and mentor fellow designers and interns in such. Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and best practices within creative area; make recommendations to improve current programs and processes and to ensure competitive edge.

Skills For Success:

Advanced understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop). Klaviyo or other email platform experience HTML and CSS experience a plus Proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to successfully research best practices and problem solve. Excellent project management skills. Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines. Positive and professional attitude. Knowledge of pre-press processes. Thrive in a deadline driven environment requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working through all stages of the design process from concept to development/refinement and production. Requires strong technical skills, artistic and conceptual thinking abilities. Must be able to work well independently with minimum supervision and collaboratively with others.

What You'll Bring:

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's (BA/BS) Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field. Three years of professional graphic design experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Qualifications

Five years of experience or progressive experience Degree level preferred along with any specific concentration or an equivalent combination of education and experience
