Sr. Salesforce Developer

POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Salesforce Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Lightning Components, and integrations, and will be instrumental in designing scalable solutions that align with business objectives
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools Architect and implement complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, product owners, and QA to translate business requirements into technical solutions Optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce applications and ensure adherence to best practices Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications and troubleshoot issues as they arise Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments using tools like Git, Bitbucket, and Jenkins Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with enterprise standards and Salesforce governance Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and technical documentation
REQUIREMENTS: Required Qualifications:
At least 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative features Proven experience with integration patterns and tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi) Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect Preferred Skills:
Experience with Einstein Analytics, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Shield, and Experience Cloud Familiarity with AI/ML integrations and large language models (LLMs) Knowledge of enterprise platforms such as AEM, SSAS, and Genesys Technologies:
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components REST/SOAP APIs, Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket AWS, AEM, SSAS, Genesys
