Our solutions extend to individuals, families, and businesses.The Personal Lines CSR provides complete support for our Personal Lines Department with expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance and does their part to ensure high client retention for the whole agency. This position requires exposure to all aspects of this department with diverse day-to-day responsibilities.Role Expectations and Description:The CSR is a key component of our team. A clients' experience from a service perspective can make or break the sustainability of our business. As an AM, you can directly affect and control our clients' experience.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with Agency Principal, Producers, and Team MembersOrder policies and issue documentation, certificates, and binders as neededPrepare account renewal submissions for marketing and proposals to obtain competitive coverage/cost ratios for clientsProvide exceptional customer service to our clients by developing and maintaining strong long-term client relationshipsBind coverage for new clientsSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseP&C License requiredExperience working for an independent insurance agencyExperience servicing/quoting/marketing personal lines insurance with multiple carriers, and wholesalersMinimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Lines CSRMust be able to multi-task and handle a heavy workload with minimal supervisionEffective communicator (verbal and written)Working knowledge of Applied Systems Epic management systemInsurance designation (Preferred)Desired Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office and proficiency in Word and ExcelExcellent organizational skills with attention to detailBenefitsCompetitive PayRobust benefits package including health insurance, life insurance, 401k, PTO, dental insurance, vision insurance, etc.
