JBS
This position will serve partners in all aspects of Employee Health, including awareness training, personal medical, first aid, emergency response, and work-related injuries. Accurate record keeping is essential. This position reports to the Occupational Health Nurse Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
Current license, certification, or completion of a program required to practice as an Occupational Health Professional.
- AED/CPR/First Aid Certification required.
- Excellent people skills, record keeping/injury management experience, and independent decision-making skills are necessary.
- Background check, drug, and alcohol testing are required.
- Perform industrial hearing tests, BAT, drug screens, post-offer physicals.
- Training will be provided.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Ability to walk through complex areas, including stairways.
- Conduct all tasks within legal, ethical, and moral standards of care.
- Maintain accurate records according to OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee health information in compliance with HIPAA.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Work schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
