Legal Administrative AssistantLHH Recruitment is partnering with a manufacturing company in Albuquerque, NM. This organization is in search of a contract legal administrative assistant to join their team. This role is expected to run through the remainder of 2025, however, has potential to become permanent for the right person. This job is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, fully onsite.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to in-house legal counsel and compliance team
  • Prepare, proofread, and manage legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
  • Maintain and organize legal files and records, both physical and digital
  • Assist with document tracking, deadlines, and compliance reporting
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate with internal departments, and handle communications
  • Perform legal research as needed
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Some college is preferred
  • Previous experience as a legal assistant, legal secretary, or legal administrator
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment is a plus

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
