Location: USA TJ Maxx Store 0867 Liverpool, NY. This position has a starting pay range of $15.50 to $16.00 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and upholding customer experience principles.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and uphold merchandising philosophy and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety efforts; maintain a safe environment.
• Support labor policies and contribute to shrink reduction programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
