Overview

Procurement Data Analyst – Empower Digital Procurement Transformation. Position will sit in Tampa, Florida or Midlothian, Texas. What You’ll Do

• Analyze and improve source-to-pay processes using Ariba.
• Lead projects based on insights derived from Power BI reporting.
• Create actionable insights, collaborate with stakeholders, conduct predictive analysis, apply machine learning techniques, and recommend actions to support business objectives.
• Develop routine reports using Power BI and ensure data stewardship.
• Support system testing, go-lives, and supplier onboarding.
• Create training materials and end-user documentation.
• Monitor compliance and contribute to sustainability initiatives.

What You Bring

• Four-year degree
• 2-4 years’ experience in data analytics, ideally in manufacturing
• 1-2 years’ experience with SAP Ariba; Power BI required. Proficiency with Power BI, Databricks, statistical analysis; familiarity with RPA; proficient with MS Office
• Experience creating and maintaining automated reporting systems and databases
• Experience with Microsoft Azure (Logic Apps, Power Automate, Azure Functions) and automating business processes
• Familiarity with SAP ERP, P2P, and procurement best practices
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Resourceful self-starter with proactive mindset
