Schaeffer Oil is seeking independent 1099 Sales Representatives who want to grow their own business while representing one of the most trusted lubricant and fuel additive brands in the industry (185+ years strong).

We’ll give you the training, tools, and support you need to succeed.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Sell premium lubricants and fuel additives that provide measurable ROI for customers.
• Service accounts in industries such as farming, trucking, construction, mining, excavating, manufacturing, forestry, and racing.
• Sell a consumable product line with high customer loyalty and retention.
• Build relationships and serve customers in your local community.

Compensation

• Independent contractor role (1099). Details will be discussed during interview.
• Straight commission structure with no cap on earnings.
• Monthly performance bonuses
• Year-end bonus opportunities
• Opportunity to build a legacy and book of business to pass on to family members.

Support & Training
