Responsibilities

• Gatehouse security duties including checking IDs, contacting residents, filling out logbooks, writing incident reports, monitoring for suspicious activity, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Security Guard license
• Prior residential security experience, especially with gatehouse operations

Job Details

• Pay rate: $18.00 per hour
• Shifts available: Fridays & Saturdays from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Gatehouse)
