Job Responsibilities:
Toddler Teacher:
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum for toddlers.
- Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Monitor and assess children's development and progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about child development and behavior.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational approach.
- Support the lead teacher in executing the curriculum and daily activities.
- Assist with classroom management and supervision of toddlers.
- Help prepare and organize teaching materials and classroom resources.
- Build positive relationships with children and parents.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Toddler Teacher:
- Associated degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, Bachelor degree preferred.
- Previous experience teaching toddlers in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Experience working with young children is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
