Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Delivery Driver for the Dinkytown, MN store located at 402 14th Ave St, Minneapolis MN 55414. You are the main face that our fans see when delivering the Cookie Magic to customers. The role involves delivering cookies, milk and ice cream to our loyal fanbase in a timely and safe fashion, with a focus on quality customer service.

Base pay range

$15.97/hr - $15.97/hr

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus
• Must have your own car, license, valid registration, and valid insurance
• Must be able to pass a motor vehicle background check
• Must have a smartphone with data plan
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
