Overview

We are currently seeking a per diem Receptionist to join our team of Memory Care professionals

Schedule

Per Diem (every other weekend)

Monday and Thursday 5:00pm-8:00pm

Saturday: 9:00am-2:00pm

Sunday: 2:00pm - 8:00pm

Salary

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour - based on experience

Receptionist Responsibilities

  • First point of contact at the community for our customers through telephone and in-person communications
  • Graciously greeting community residents, visitors, family members addressing questions or concerns of prospective or current residents and families, and providing support to sales and marketing and the business office
  • Positively interacting with all visitors, current, and prospective residents
  • Professional and able to effectively communicate with senior residents

Receptionist Education & Experience

  • High School diploma or general education diploma (GED) preferred
  • Previous experience answering telephones and/or in a customer service position preferred
