Overview

InsuranceHub Leavitt Agency is a well-respected national insurance agency established in 1985. Located in Lawrenceville, GA, the agency is seeking a Receptionist to join the team. Type: Full Time (Mon-Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Greets and directs clients and visitors
• Answers, screens, and transfers inbound phone calls
• Performs general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, scanning, and filing
• Receives and processes incoming mail and shipments; distributes to the appropriate individuals; coordinates outgoing mail and shipments
• Coordinates and monitors mail equipment for the agency and works with the postage vendor/sales representative
• Orders office supplies
• Fulfills other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Ability to perform work in a dependable, consistent, and timely manner
• Ability to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and seek feedback to improve performance
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Office/administrative experience is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Independent and self-motivated with a drive to succeed
