We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests, vendors and delivery personnel. This onsite role is based in Phoenix, AZ with hours Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.

Essential Functions

• Manage lobby area by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing all guests and visitors via Envoy check-in system and validate parking as needed
• Answer, screen, and forward all incoming phone calls while providing basic information as requested
• Receive deliveries and couriers, as backup for mailroom activities
• Maintain security by following procedures and controlling building access (issue visitor badges, add and delete employee badges)
• Monitor the Zoom Workspaces reservation system and ensure proper protocol is followed
• Maintain office supplies, beverages, and snacks by providing daily distribution to break areas
• Perform other clerical and administrative tasks as needed
• Assist/backup for administrative assistants for meetings and events

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with exemplary customer service skills
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role and environment
• Professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor
• Confident, resourceful, and proactive with the ability to manage issues that arise
• Strong attention to detail, time-management, prioritization and organizational skills
• Team player with good judgment; able to work with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment
• Respect for cultural differences
• Music industry knowledge, particularly Fender brands and history, is helpful but not required
