Galpin Auto Sports is looking for a Cashier/Receptionist! This position has been a great career stepping stone to further advancement opportunities at Galpin.

Our receptionists are able to master the skills to operate in Service, Customer Relations, Administration, Finance, and Sales. We are looking for motivated, creative and enthusiastic individuals who share our core values to join our team. This Receptionist position is Part-time: Nights & weekends. You'd be a part of a winning team at one of the world's most respected Automotive Dealerships. We are looking for a candidate who is ready to hit the ground running and eager to make an immediate impact.

Some Of What You’ll Do

• Welcome and greet every customer that enters service department
• Order merchandise for showroom and upkeep of showroom displays
• Read repair orders and assist customers in understanding their order and account details
• Review invoices, process payments, cash handling and some accounting
• Assist managers with tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members
• Post transactions according to repair order type and warranty status
• Maintain a clean waiting area and cashier area at all times
• Prepare for Car Shows and other Galpin Auto Sports events
• Instill trust in our customers by promptly attending to their questions and concerns, whether over the phone or in person
• Contribute to an excellent guest experience by working effectively with team members management team
• Maintain professional communication with team members and guests
