Job Summary

A well-established and highly respected construction firm is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. The Marketing Manager will serve as a key strategic contributor, leading the development and execution of impactful marketing initiatives that support the company’s mission and growth objectives. The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing professional with strong project management skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and collaboratively. This role offers a competitive salary between $90,000 and $110,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, summer hours, and annual bonus potential.

$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee production of best-in-class responses to RFPs and RFQs.
  • Collaborate on creating winning presentations for shortlist interviews, virtual and in-person, with a focus on strategic differentiation.
  • Manage social media channels by creating engaging content and driving audience interaction.
  • Lead production of corporate videos that reflect the company’s mission and core values.
  • Manage and update corporate websites to ensure a strong online presence.
  • Design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, and digital assets.
  • Review and approve content and graphics developed by the marketing team.
  • Support maintenance of CRM and project databases.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and execution of the annual marketing plan.
  • Identify and craft compelling industry award submissions.
  • Plan and execute internal and external special events.
  • Coordinate professional project photography.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years’ marketing experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing and social media strategy execution.
  • Strong copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple assignments.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sharp attention to detail and strategic thinking.
