Event Marketing Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Event Marketing Manager to plan and execute impactful events that drive brand awareness, market engagement, and pipeline growth. This role will oversee key tradeshows, internal company meetings, and sales-driven regional events, ensuring seamless execution and measurable ROI.
The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience managing large tradeshows and high-touch events, with a passion for creating memorable brand experiences that generate leads and strengthen customer and partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including large tradeshows, regional sales events, executive roundtables, and internal company meetings
- Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and demand generation teams to ensure event strategies align with GTM priorities and target ICPs
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, booth design, shipping, and on-site execution
Brand Presence & Awareness
- Ensure the company’s brand is consistently represented across all events, from booth design to collateral and presentations
- Partner with creative teams to produce event materials such as signage, giveaways, presentations, and digital assets
Demand Generation & Pipeline Impact
- Partner with demand generation to build pre-event, at-event, and post-event campaigns that drive attendance and follow-up engagement
- Collaborate with sales teams to maximize field and account-based event impact, including lead capture, onsite meetings, and follow-up processes
- Track event KPIs, measure ROI, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize future events
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Support internal leadership meetings and company-wide events, ensuring professional production and coordination
- Build relationships with key vendors, venues, and partners to deliver cost-effective, high-quality events
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience planning and managing large tradeshows and events (B2B SaaS experience a plus)
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Knowledge of event technology platforms (e.g., Cvent, Splash, ON24) and CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills
- A data-driven mindset with experience measuring event ROI and pipeline contribution
- Ability to travel for events (20–30%)

- Experience with field marketing or sales-driven regional events
- Background in growth or demand generation marketing
- Creative eye for booth design, branding, and attendee engagement strategies
