We seek the “best of the best” restaurant professionals passionate about food, elevated service, and beverage experiences.Our Food & Beverage team atHotel Bardo Savannahis currently looking for a motivated, hard-working, and attentiveBarista.In this role, you will be an “impression maker” who embodies the Bardo brand and sets the standard for impeccable anticipatory service.

Responsibilities

• Working as part of a fun, high-energy team
• Provide personalized, warm and anticipatory service to guests
• Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality
• Serve beverages such as coffee, tea and specialty beverages
• Receive and process payments
• Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils

Qualifications

• Hard-working team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Passionate about hospitality, food, and beverage and possess a desire to learn
• The ability multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills
• Able to maintain a delightful and refreshing demeanor when addressing guests and team members
• Ability to endure abundant physical movements in various work areas
