Responsibilities

• Assist customers via telephone, email, and mail
• Direct all calls to the appropriate person or department
• Handle complex accounts and provide account maintenance
• Respond to inquiries, resolve problems, and fulfill requests
• Provide excellent customer service
• Complete forms
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all bank policies and procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to multitask
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous banking experience preferred but not required
