Location: This role is fully onsite in our New York, NY office.

Compensation: $40 hourly

Duration: 6 months

Now is the time to bring your expertise to this role for a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator where success and fulfillment go hand in hand. You will be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future-ready.

Responsibilities

  • Endpoint management: Imaging, deployment, updates, and troubleshooting for Windows 10/11 and macOS.
  • Device management tools: Experience with SCCM, Intune, Workspace ONE.
  • Mobile support: Configuration and support for iOS devices in enterprise environments.
  • ITSM and ticketing systems: Proficiency with ServiceNow.
