The project aims to develop an AI-driven healthcare engineering platform that integrates advanced machine learning and data analytics to improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities include: Leading the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance RESTful and/or GraphQL and AI-enabled APIs Collaborating with cross-functional teams and conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback Monitoring API performance, troubleshooting bottlenecks, and implementing improvements Architecting and deploying AI/ML models for predictive analytics and patient risk scoring Working closely with product managers, and data scientists to align technical solutions with healthcare needs Communicating regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and/or technical teams Independently and collaboratively leading client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes The Team

Qualifications Required

Required qualifications include: API Design & Microservice Architecture: Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs using microservice architecture. Cloud Platforms & Containerization: Minimum 7 years of experience deploying and managing APIs on major cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and utilizing containerization technologies (such as Docker and Kubernetes). Cross-Functional Team Leadership & Code Quality: Minimum 7 years of experience leading development teams, conducting code reviews, and providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. AI/ML Model Integration for Healthcare Analytics: Minimum 7 years of experience architecting and deploying AI/ML models within API frameworks, with a strong preference for experience in predictive analytics or patient risk scoring in healthcare environments. Stakeholder Collaboration & Technical Alignment: Minimum 7 years of experience collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and healthcare professionals to align technical solutions with business and clinical requirements. API Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Minimum 7 years of experience monitoring API performance, troubleshooting bottlenecks, and implementing improvements for reliability and scalability. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Preferred qualifications include: Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products Ability to operate independently or with minimum supervision Excellent written and communication skills Ability to deliver technical demonstrations The wage range for this role is $113,325-$188,875. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
