Associate Attorney
to join a well-established civil litigation defense team in San Francisco. This role is ideal for a California-barred attorney who thrives in a collaborative setting and is ready to take ownership of cases and client relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
Youll be fully involved in the litigation process, from drafting and discovery to depositions and trial prep. This is a hands-on opportunity to work side-by-side with seasoned litigators on a range of complex defense matters.
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in court, including hearings, mediations, and trials
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy
Take and defend depositions
Communicate directly with clients and support their legal needs
Collaborate with a tight-knit legal team on defense strategy and case development
What We're Looking For
Licensed Attorney in California
1+ year of civil litigation experience (recently licensed attorneys encouraged to apply)
Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
A proactive, client-focused approach and a genuine interest in trial work
