Senior Program Manager
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and coordinate the development of our enterprise AI roadmap. This individual will work directly with the CIO to ensure the roadmap aligns with our overall business strategy and organizational priorities. The ideal candidate will have exceptional program management skills, experience managing complex strategic initiatives, and the ability to collaborate across multiple business units and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the planning and development of the organization's AI roadmap. Ensure alignment of the AI strategy with overall business objectives and priorities. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple workstreams. Facilitate collaboration between business leaders, IT teams, and external partners. Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Prepare and deliver executive-level updates and presentations to leadership. Qualifications: 812+ years in program or project management, with a proven track record of leading enterprise-level initiatives. Experience in healthcare or payer organizations is a plus but not required. Basic understanding of AI concepts and emerging technologies. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. PMP or similar certifications are a plus but not required.
