HR Analyst Opportunity
Robert Half is partnering with a top Private Equity firm seeking a detail-oriented and analytically strong HR Analyst to join their People team. The successful candidate will serve as a critical internal partner in managing and enhancing HR systems, developing and delivering HR metrics, optimizing workflows, and supporting key HR operations. This role will also act as a backup for payroll processing and contribute to broader People Team initiatives. About the Role
HR Systems Management + Serve as the primary administrator for the firm's core HR system, UKG. + Work with UKG and external carriers/vendors to optimize system integrations across HR operations. + Maintain system integrity and user access, perform data audits, and implement system upgrades and enhancements aligned with business needs. + Build and maintain process documentation and training materials. + Support with other HR systems management and implementations as needed. HR Metrics, Reporting & Analytics + Produce regular workforce reports including headcount, attrition, performance, compensation, diversity, and organizational structure. + Produce ad-hoc reports as requested. + Provide data analysis to support strategic workforce planning, compensation reviews, and regulatory compliance. + Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all reporting processes. + Responsible for data entry, data integrity and auditing as required. Workflow Automation & Process Optimization + Work with Director of People Operations to identify and execute automation opportunities in key HR processes (e.g., onboarding/offboarding, performance reviews, employment changes, benefits). + Enhance HR service delivery by collaborating with other teams (e.g. IT, Compliance, Finance) to improve workflow efficiencies and document processes. Generalist Support + Serve as a secondary resource to the payroll function, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing during coverage periods. + Support the execution of annual HR cycles (performance management, compensation planning, benefits renewals). + Support the People Team on employee relations, policy development, and other team initiatives. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related discipline. + 57 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on HRIS administration, analytics, and process improvement. + Prior experience in private equity, investment banking, asset management, or a financial services firm preferred. + Exposure to payroll and benefits administration helpful but not required. + Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, dashboards); experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred. + Experience working with enterprise HR systems as a system administrator, preferably UKG.
