Pipeline Project Manager IV (Hourly Rate)

You must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.No C2C or 3rd parties, please.We're looking for a Pipeline Project Manager IV to lead capital maintenance projects that enhance the safety and reliability of natural gas infrastructure-primarily around ILI remediation and cathodic protection system upgrades.You'll manage full project lifecycles, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with industry and internal standards.What you'll bring: BS in Engineering (required); PE, PMP, or advanced degree (a plus) 8-10 years in the energy industry 4-5 years in transmission integrity (e.g., dig remediation, CP system upgrades) Experience with large-diameter pipeline projects Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills Proficiency in MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, and VisioThis role is ideal for someone with prior experience at a pipeline, midstream, or O&G operating company.If you are interested and qualified, please send your resume to Shana at soliver@blackrockres.com.#LI-DNI
