Position: SEO Program Manager A leading global technology company is seeking an experienced SEO Program Manager to oversee its organic search and AI visibility strategy. This role is based in the company's headquarters. The position requires a hands-on, results-oriented professional with deep expertise in SEO best practices and a proven ability to conceive, plan, and deliver complex initiatives that drive measurable impact. You understand that an organization's organic search presence is a direct reflection of its brand and must reflect the highest level of quality. You are also highly skilled at building and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships. You will be part of a dedicated SEO team managing organic search performance across the company's digital platforms. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders in marketing, engineering, product management, and merchandising. Key Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in SEO, ideally supporting a global enterprise or digital agency

Strong track record managing complex, international, and time-sensitive projects

Expertise in current SEO best practices across all major global search engines

Exceptional communication skills and ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights

Deep experience in SEO analytics, including defining program KPIs and collaborating on reporting

Knowledge of AI-driven search behaviors and answer engine optimization strategies

Understanding of evolving user journeys with AI-powered search tools

Proficiency in content strategy and SEO-optimized copywriting techniques

Outstanding organizational, time management, and prioritization skills

Meticulous attention to detail

Self-motivated and capable of working independently

Experience working with a global brand is a plus

Description

Develop and guide organic search strategy across key digital platforms for products and services, including the marketing site

Own and manage the organic search feature backlog; lead SEO initiatives from concept to production with internal development teams

Partner with creative and web development teams to ensure new product content is search-optimized from day one

Analyze search behavior and trends, providing actionable insights and new opportunity areas

Drive readiness for AI search environments by evolving SEO strategies to support conversational and AI-assisted experiences

Implement content strategies designed for AI-enhanced discovery and natural language queries

Achieve revenue growth through organic channels by executing optimizations in collaboration with regional marketing leads

Partner with other program managers to identify and capitalize on new SEO opportunities

Act as a global SEO advocate, promoting awareness and alignment with broader brand and revenue goals

Define KPIs for SEO initiatives and develop reports to measure and communicate performance

This opportunity is located in Cupertino, CA and requires hybrid work on-site The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $80.79 - $90.79 per hour This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements
