Requirements

Custom Applicator

  • Operate row crop sprayer, dry and liquid floatation equipment.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs to equipment.
  • Understand variable rate controllers and GPS equipment.
  • Properly check the quantity of raw materials used and in storage.
  • Apply accurate application to fields with or without special instructions.
  • Work around and/or handle hazardous materials.

Truck Driver

  • Deliver agronomy products.
  • Assist with loading and delivering fertilizer and/or chemicals.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs to equipment.
  • Perform basic mechanical maintenance.
  • Perform and record general housekeeping.
  • Complete and maintain driving and delivery records.
  • Perform basic grain handling, loading, and unloading.
  • Assist with other duties as needed by management.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; a combination of education and experience.
  • General computer knowledge.
  • Commercial Applicators license with 1A, 1B, and 1C endorsements or ability to obtain when required.
  • Class A CDL license or ability to complete Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) when required.
  • Ability to work long seasonal hours, climb heights, and stand for extended periods.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate and consistent work.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to move in various positions to accomplish tasks in different environments, including tight and confined spaces.
