Requirements
Custom Applicator
- Operate row crop sprayer, dry and liquid floatation equipment.
- Perform maintenance and repairs to equipment.
- Understand variable rate controllers and GPS equipment.
- Properly check the quantity of raw materials used and in storage.
- Apply accurate application to fields with or without special instructions.
- Work around and/or handle hazardous materials.
Truck Driver
- Deliver agronomy products.
- Assist with loading and delivering fertilizer and/or chemicals.
- Perform maintenance and repairs to equipment.
- Perform basic mechanical maintenance.
- Perform and record general housekeeping.
- Complete and maintain driving and delivery records.
- Perform basic grain handling, loading, and unloading.
- Assist with other duties as needed by management.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; a combination of education and experience.
- General computer knowledge.
- Commercial Applicators license with 1A, 1B, and 1C endorsements or ability to obtain when required.
- Class A CDL license or ability to complete Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) when required.
- Ability to work long seasonal hours, climb heights, and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate and consistent work.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to move in various positions to accomplish tasks in different environments, including tight and confined spaces.
