Pay: $40/hr+ based on experience
Duration: Temporary - through end of 2025 - possibility for Temp to Perm for the right candidate
Location: Hybrid - Rosemont, IL - 3 days per week in office
Reports To: Demand Planning Manager
Position Summary
We are seeking a Master Data Analyst to support the Retail business within Consumer Products by leading data cleanup, standardization, and governance activities within our ERP system (Sage preferred). This role will play a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability, enabling effective decision-making across the business.

Position Summary
We are seeking a Master Data Analyst to support the Retail business within Consumer Products by leading data cleanup, standardization, and governance activities within our ERP system (Sage preferred). This role will play a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability, enabling effective decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the cleanup, validation, and standardization of master data within the ERP system (Sage preferred).
- Compile and maintain comprehensive data profiles for ~150-200 SKUs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Finance, NPD, Commercial, Quality, etc.) to validate alignment of data requirements and specifications.
- Coordinate with external partners to verify product specifications and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Develop and document data governance standards, processes, and controls to improve long-term data quality.
- Create and enforce data governance standards for new product development, ensuring data quality and compliance across the product lifecycle.
- Implement and maintain processes to update, manage, and share master data accurately and securely across teams.
- Monitor data accuracy and proactively resolve discrepancies.
- Support cross-functional projects requiring reliable master data.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in master data management, ERP systems, or data analysis (Sage experience strongly preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets with accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across functions and with external partners.
- Experience with data governance and standardization best practices is a plus.
