Base pay range

$68,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Job title: Staff Accountant

Location: On-site in Canton, Ohio (Monday-Friday)

Salary: $68,000–$75,000 base, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile operating and payroll bank accounts against the general ledger
  • Perform month-end account reconciliations to support timely and accurate closings
  • Analyze manufacturing cost data and support inventory valuation processes
  • Assist in overhead allocation reviews and financial reporting
  • Provide accounting support across the finance team monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • 3+ years of accounting experience
  • Strong Excel knowledge
  • Cost accounting experience is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of GAAP
